Notes:
1) Nightly costs are the same for week and weekend nights.
2) Stays spanning different charge rates will be calculated in proportion to the time spent in each charge band.
3) After acceptance of your request for a stay, a 20% (refundable) deposit is required within seven days to hold the reservation.
4) The deposit (and any additional payments made) will be fully refunded if the planned stay is cancelled more than 30 days before the planned arrival date.
5) Full payment is required 30 days prior to the planned arrival date otherwise your deposit and reservation will be lost. If making your reservation within 30 days the planned arrival date, full payment will become payable on acceptance of your request for a stay.
6) 40% of the total amount will be refunded if the planned stay is cancelled more than 15 days before the planned arrival date.
7) In the event of no-show or last-minute cancellation, no refunds may be offered.
8) There will be damage deposit of £100 or 10% of overall costs (whichever is larger) payable on arrival (this can be by pre-authorised credit card payment, debit card or cash) which will be refundable on or soon after your departure.
